Information you choose to share

The Letters from Jacoby form asks for your email address and, optionally, your first name. It also submits the displayed newsletter request and consent wording. These details are collected to record your request for occasional emails about Jacoby Mason’s books, writing, and upcoming releases. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

Newsletter requests and service providers

Netlify hosts this website and Netlify Forms processes signup requests on behalf of the website publisher, including submission timestamps and spam filtering. The website currently collects requests; no newsletter delivery provider is configured in the project. Submitting the form does not itself send a newsletter or confirm an active mailing-list subscription.

Hosting and form processing involve technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, which Netlify may process to deliver and protect its services. Netlify’s handling of information is described in its privacy policy at https://www.netlify.com/privacy/.

Cookies and analytics

The website’s own code does not set cookies, use browser local storage, or include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts and artwork are served through the website rather than third-party font or advertising services. Hosting providers may process technical information independently of these website scripts.

Retention and removal requests

Newsletter signup requests are handled through Netlify Forms. A fixed retention schedule and a public contact for access, correction, removal, or withdrawal requests have not yet been published by Virgil Holding LLC. Visitors seeking access, correction, removal, or withdrawal of a newsletter request should address their request to Virgil Holding LLC. A direct request channel and the applicable retention period remain to be confirmed by the publisher.
